Algerian born in Belgium and based in Dubai since 2007, Leila Layana spent 20 years in corporate advertising while building the coaching business she now lives every day.

In her 40s and in the best shape of her life, she trains strength, bodybuilding, and functional fitness. She fell in love with Muay Thai and trains twice a year at fight camps in Thailand, and she still loves a good CrossFit session. She can deadlift twice her body weight. Her authority is not theory.
